Return and Refund

At Fernlucky, our goal is your complete satisfaction. You can return any new item for any reason within 30 days for a refund.

The item must be in its original, unopened packaging to be returned for a refund. If you have taken the product apart and used it and requested a return because you are not satisfied with its design, we will not be able to accept your request.

Return Conditions:


We only accept return requests for products that are not on sale at a discount. We cannot accept return requests if you purchased a special offer.

Any item that is not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts due to reasons other than a manufacturer's defect, may not be eligible for return.

Return requirements:


In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product, which is not included in the cost of our return to you. When returning a package, we recommend that you use the return shipping method that provides a tracking number.


Refund (if applicable)


Please note that our refund policy does not apply to change of mind. You need to carefully observe all product sizes on each specific product page before placing an order. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or returns for size-related issues (unless caused by shipping or manufacturing errors).

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

 Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)


If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at:client@fernlucky.com

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately special offers cannot be refunded.
